This Sweepstakes is sponsored by El Chingon LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Columbus, Ohio, and operating under the brand name Trocas Mamalonas (“Sponsor”).<\/p>\n
Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.<\/p>\n
The Sweepstakes begins September 25, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time and ends September 25, 2026 at 8:00 PM Central Time. Purchase entries must be made during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries may be sent at any time prior to the postmark deadline and must meet the postmark and received-by deadlines stated in the How to Enter section below.<\/p>\n
There are two methods of entry. Method One \u2013 Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit trocasmamalonas.com and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase. Method Two \u2013 Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to: El Chingon LLC. 840 E Como Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43224. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive thirty-eight (38) entries into the Sweepstakes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 25, 2026 and received no later than September 30, 2026 by 12:00 PM Central Time. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are treated equally on a per-entry basis. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive through either method. No purchase is required to participate.<\/p>\n
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The winner will receive one (1) 2025 RAM 3500 Limited Night Edition Mega Cab, gray exterior, with approximately 2,500 miles. Total approximate retail value $112,900.<\/p>\n
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on September 30, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.<\/p>\n
The winner will be notified by phone, email, or direct message using the contact information submitted with the entry. Winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification attempt. If winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, is found ineligible, or fails to sign and return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.<\/p>\n
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes exceeding $5,000 in value, Sponsor may withhold up to twenty-four percent (24%) for federal income tax as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the approximate retail value of the prize received. Winner is strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional prior to accepting any prize.<\/p>\n
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.<\/p>\n
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.<\/p>\n
By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.<\/p>\n
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Ohio.<\/p>\n
Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.<\/p>\n
